That’s a shame. But I’ve noticed that the program they use for HFS can be a bit clumsy and slow. You might also try using the ‘smiling message’ icon at the bottom right corner of your screen to contact one of those who monitor the HFS site. Maybe they can explain why you can’t yet see the videos. I signed up in the ‘for free’ category and I still got to see them, so I imagine that you should also be able to.
